HOT TUB HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please ensure when hiring a hot tub that the below terms and conditions are adhered to in order to ensure the safety of all users of the hot tub, and to avoid any damage to our products. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all these terms are followed.

1. Do not overload or overfill the hot tub by surpassing its user limits.
2. Do not leave children unattended.
3. Do not leave non-swimmers or poor swimmers unattended.
4. Do not consume alcohol before or during use of the hot tub.
5. Do not use glass objects around the hot tub.
6. Do not bring sharp objects in or near the hot tub.
7. Do not bring or use electrical items near or in the hot tub.
8. People with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure or hypertension, or pregnant people should speak with their doctor before using a hot tub.
9. Do not allow the water to warm up beyond 40 degrees C.
10. Do not stand on or otherwise obstruct the filter.
11. Please shower before using the hot tub.
12. Please do not use the hot tub if you have used fake tan.
13. Do not allow bubble bath, shampoo, confetti or any other materials to come in contact with the hot tub. Only water and the chemicals supplied are allowed to be used in the spa.
14. No open flames near the hot tub, including cigarettes or other smoking devices, barbecues, fire pits, lighters, candles and matches.
15. Do not dive into the hot tub.
16. Do not sit on the sides of the hot tub.

It is the hirer's responsibility to look after all items hired from Good Times Hot Tubs. Please contact us if there are any issues or concerns. The hirer will be charged for any damages, and if payment is not forthcoming, we will settle in small claims court.

Please inform us of any issues immediately. We will not provide a refund if you use the hot tub for the duration of the hire and inform us of any issues near to the end of the hire period.

All users of our hot tubs, spa baths, gazebos and other products do so at their own risk. The hirer will be liable for and responsible for any damages, injuries or losses occurring from negligence or the misuse of our products. We cannot accept any responsibility for any injuries sustained by anyone using our equipment.

Declaration

By hiring a hot tub or any other product from Good Time Hot Tubs, you confirm that you have read and approve of the above terms and conditions and accept the conditions outlined within. You confirm that you are responsible for the hot tub or party supplies, and that you will pay for any damages or losses that are sustained by Good Time Hot Tubs or any other user of the hot tub. You also confirm that you will pay a cleaning charge if the hot tub, gazebo or other party supplies are returned in an unacceptable condition, such as if they are dirty or muddy.

Hot Tub Booking Fee

There is a £20 non-refundable booking fee. This booking fee is non-refundable even in the event of adverse weather conditions, defined as winds at above 24mph or rain of 80% throughout the day. However, this booking fee can be transferred to any date within one year of the initial hire date.

Please make sure there is suitable space for the hot tub and adequate accessibility. Please clear the area before the delivery time. Failure to do so could result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

Once the booking is confirmed and the booking fee is paid, the booking fee cannot be refunded. If you cancel before the date of the booking, the booking fee will be retained by Good Time Hot Tubs and the remainder of your money will be refunded. The booking fee covers our administrative costs.
